Using our ‘whole system approach’ based on clinical and organisational work with individuals, families and businesses, we will provide an assessment of the mental health of your team, organisation or business.

Our assessment reports, aligned to the HSE Management Standards, will identify where your organisation is doing well in terms of mental health and where you may need support.

Our delivery team is drawn from clinicians and trainers with specialist experience in clinical and consultancy services at the Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust and as educators involved with the wide range of Tavistock and Portman programmes.

“Add | Wellbeing were instrumental in us developing our wellbeing charter and associated training and workshops on a range of issues. They are both pragmatic and easy to work with, extremely well practiced with a wealth of knowledge and experience.”

Chris Williams, Director of People Services, Overseas Development Institute

Add | Wellbeing is a mental health and wellbeing in the workplace programme delivered by the Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust.

We are the only NHS workplace wellbeing service to offer a ‘whole system’ approach to improving the mental and emotional wellbeing of the workforce. This means that as well as looking at individual needs, we look at what is happening on an organisational level.
